We always recommend you check your State and City’s requirements regarding online purchases of ammunition. CA - Can only ship to an FFL. We need to have all the appropriate documentation. It is the customers responsibility to contact the FFL. Have them email FFL paper to info@rstshells.com
IL - We need to have a copy of your FOID. Or have FFL document emailed to info@rstshells.com
NJ - We need to have a copy of your FireArm Card. Or have FFL document emailed to info@rstshells.com
NY - Effective September 1, 2022 ... We can no longer ship ammunition to New York unless it is going to an FFL dealer. Please send us a copy of your desired FFL BEFORE placing your order. The 5% cancellation fee will be applied to all NY orders that need to be canceled due to noncompliance with the SAFE Act in order to cover our credit card processing fees *

MA - We need to have a copy of your LTC or FID. Or have FFL document emailed to info@rstshells.com
RI - Beginning January 1, 2023, in order to purchase ammunition, you must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid pistol/revolver safety certificate issued by the DEM, a Rhode Island hunter education course card issued by the DEM, or a permit to carry from either your local police department or the Attorney General.
